Hello everyone. In today’s post we will talk about the 2019 Audi RS5. This is the second generation (F5). The car is equipped with a 2.9 liter engine and a dual turbocharger system. This engine produces 450 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque in stock form.

The owner came with a clear goal to achieve Stage2 upgrades. This includes removing the catalyst and making a custom downpipe for better exhaust gas flow. We also coated the downpipes with thermal wrap, which reduces turbo lag and allows for earlier spooling of the turbos. Another important advantage is lower under the hood temperatures.

Let’s move on to the first test of the car in stock form. The result in stock form was 467 horsepower and 655 Nm, as can be seen from the graph, the car is in perfect condition and even shows more than the declared characteristics.

Next comes all the mechanical work, after which we move on to the programming level. We had read the original software beforehand and sent it to our tuners. While the mechanical work was being done, we received the tuned firmware file. We program it into the car and put it on the dyno, record the logs and send them to the tuner, and continue this process until we achieve the desired result and most importantly, a stable and safe configuration.

The final result of Audi RS5 2.9 TFSI V6 BiTurbo chip tuning showed: 550 horsepower and 804 Nm, an increase of +83 horsepower and +149 Nm.
