Stage2 BMW 535i F10.

The sixth generation F10 BMW “fifth” series, was introduced in 2009 and began production in 2010. This generation came to replace the E60 body. The car is equipped with a three-liter turbo motor (N55B30), which produces 306 hp and 400Nm of passport data.

The owner came to our company to make for his car a full-fledged chip tuning BMW 535i F10 at the level of refinements Stage2. The car has already been flashed by a third-party company on Stage1, but the owner wants to get the maximum output from the car and that’s why he turned to UPstage. Our specialists will make a custom downipe and install a more productive intercooler and of course we will tune it all properly.

As soon as we take the car into work, we immediately carry out a computer diagnostics to be sure that the car is in good working order, because you can only increase the power on a car that is in good working order. Once we get a positive response from the diagnostic test, we can fix the car on the dyno to get the results before all the work is done.

The measurement result is as follows: 339hp. and 522Nm. After receiving the first results, you can take the car for all technical works. After some time our masters finish with the mechanical part of the work and we can move on to the program part. The first thing we do is to return the stock firmware to the car, as it is sewn by a third-party company, then we read out the original and send it to our partners for more detailed tuning and synchronization of all tuning components. After some time we receive a reply letter with already tuning version of the firmware that can be written back into the car.

When all the work is done, you can make a new measurement on the dinostand and see what results we got, and the results are as follows: 406 hp. and 674Nm. and this is +67 hp. and +152Nm. to the last Stage1. According to the owner, the difference was enormous. The customer was very pleased with the work done and the final result.
