«BART» (Bangs After Releasing Throttle) / Anti-lag.
"Pops & Bangs" also called "Crackle Map", "Burble on overrun" or "Schubblubbern" is the sound of fuel detonating in your exhaust when releasing the throttle. We developed this feature to keep the turbocharger's rpm up and thus greatly reduce reaction time when you go back on the throttle after a deceleration. Basically it's an anti-lag feature for the turbo but of course you can also use it to impress your friends and to give your car a racecar sound!
Cylinder On Demand.
Certain vehicles have a function called "cylinder on demand" or "displacement on demand", (fe. 1.4 TSI ACT, 4.0 TFSi, Corvette, …) for these cars we have now the possibility to turn off this function. The advantage of switching of this function is a better engine responsiveness.
Start-Stop Desactivation
Exhaust Flap Control.
Exhaust Flap Control allows you to control or change the opening and closing of the exhaust valves for more or less sound. When the valves are closed, the exhaust is in quiet mode. When fully opened, the exhaust system is in maximum flow mode and therefore the sound of your exhaust is louder.

  • Stage 1

    Reprogramming

Stage 1 consists of individual reprogramming of the vehicle's engine management system by adjusting engine parameters (ignition, injection, ...) with analysis and testing of the firmware on a dynamometer. All engine parameter values at this stage remain within the safety standards set by the manufacturer. Stage 1 is 100% safe, in short, more driving pleasure without worries!
A 14 day test period is available for turbo engines, this is if the firmware is not working correctly and we are unable to fix the problem and provide a quality service.

  • Stage 2

Reprogramming + intake and exhaust optimization

For those who want a little more than Stage 1, we have Stage 2, which consists of optimizing a number of engine components to help increase engine efficiency. First and foremost, we're talking about the intake and exhaust system. Many air intake systems are very restrictive due to their anti-resonance structure, which is designed to suppress unwanted intake noise. By installing a sport air filter or a custom air intake, more airflow enters the engine and as a result, we get a great power gain. As we ensure that the manufacturer's safety standards are maintained, on Stage 2, it is sometimes necessary to strengthen certain parts of the car, e.g. the clutch. For each vehicle, each Stage 2 indicates which parts will be replaced or modified.

  • Stage 3

    New engine parts

With Stage 3 we go even further by replacing internal or vital parts of the engine or turbocharger. This stage involves increasing the displacement of the engine, placing sporty camshafts, installing more powerful turbochargers. Sometimes there are some reliability risks present, but not always. Manufacturers often create 1 main cylinder block and using larger turbos and injectors they can create 2 different engines. It goes without saying that in some cases you can increase the power of your engine by using original parts from the more powerful version of the engine and this will not affect its reliability because the manufacturer has already taken care of everything.

  • ECO tuning

ECO tuning is an individual reprogramming of the vehicle's engine control system. Engine parameter settings (ignition, injection, ...) are individually developed on a dynamometer. All values that are programmed and adapted have one goal: to reduce fuel consumption!
