Stage1 Abarth 500

Small, agile, sports car based on Fiat. But these cars can’t be compared! Abarth company was founded back in 1949, but the first products they manufactured were car silencers and exhaust systems for used gases. In the early 1950s the company started producing small-series sports cars.

The heart of the car is a 1.4-liter turbocharged gasoline engine, which in stock version produces 145 horsepower and 210 Nm of torque. This car brings a lot of joy to its owner, but as we know, you quickly get used to everything! The client decided to turn to us for help in making his car even faster, and we are happy to assist him! The decision was made to do Stage1 for now, and Stage2 will be done later on!

As always, the first thing we do is check the car for any errors, because adding power can only be done on a fully functional car! When we made sure that the car is in good condition, we can proceed to the dyno test.

The first test on stock gave us these results: 146 horsepower and 228 Nm. We can see that the car is in excellent condition and even shows more power than claimed! Let’s see what Abarth 500 chip tuning will add to us.

Next, our specialists read the original software and send it to our partners for modification and fine-tuning. When we receive the ready firmware version, our specialists write it back to the car.

The moment of truth has come! The second test of the tuned version showed us these results: 176 horsepower and 314 Nm. That’s +30 horsepower and +86 Nm more than it was before.
