Stage1 Audi A1 1.6 TDI

Little, but now very spirited Audi received a firmware update from our company.

We performed the procedure of Audi chip tuning for the a1 with a 1.6 TDI engine.

In its stock form, the car showed 112 horsepower and 223 Nm of torque, which may have been due to a clogged diesel particulate filter. But the client did not want to have it removed.

The reading and writing of the firmware was done through the OBD connector without removing the engine control unit. All tuning was done on the dyno stand, with constant monitoring of logs and power measurements.

After our engineers tuned and optimized the firmware, the car gained +38 horsepower and +100 Nm of torque.
