Hello everyone. Today I want to share with you a very interesting work we have done on a BMW 435i F32. This car will be tuned to a full-fledged Stage2 with the removal of the catalytic converter and downpipe fabrication, also will be replaced with a more productive intercooler. The heart of this car is a gasoline three-liter turbo motor with the code name N55B30. This engine in the stock develops 306 hp. and 400Nm. well on tuning it can much more! You’d think where more? Why more?, but our customers do not think so!

The owner of the car after some time as drove the car realized that it is necessary to do chip tuning for his BMW 435i F32 and not just flashing, and make a full-fledged Stage2 for maximum power gain without damage to the car. One more wish of the client was the exhaust system, it was decided to replace the standard cans on sports with more efficient throughput of exhaust gases and more pronounced sound.

The first thing as the car comes to us, we do a complete computerized diagnosis to make sure that the car is in full working order. When the answer is positive, then we fix the car on the stand and do the first measurement of the car’s flow. Stoke showed us: 326 hp. and 445Nm. car showed even more than the factory declared.

When we have the first numbers up, we can start installing all the tuning components for Stage2. Photo of all the parts to be replaced you can see below. When the mechanical work is also behind us, it’s time to get it all properly tuned and synchronized so that everything works properly and cohesively.

Our experts proofread the original software and send it to our partners for customization and optimization. After some time we receive a reply letter with the already ready tuning version and write it back into the car. Now it’s time to do the next power measurement, but already on the tuning version. The result is as follows: 426 hp. and 647Nm. which is +100 hp. and +202Nm. The owner liked the final result very much! The car went completely different and much more interesting!
