No matter what anyone says, the Land Rover Discovery Sport has something mesmerizing and daring in its exterior design.

In terms of innovations, the 4-cylinder 2.0-liter Si4 petrol engine with excellent sports performance is available in two power output options – 240 and 290 Hp. It is equipped with a continuously variable valve timing system and a function for changing the valve timing, allowing for maximum efficiency and performance, as well as minimal fuel consumption. In addition, one can choose from one of the diesel engines, including versions with 150, 180, and 240 Hp.

And it was one of these engines, more precisely the Land Rover Discovery Sport 2.2D 150 Hp, that came to us at Upstage for chip tuning.

Interestingly, all versions are equipped with a four-wheel drive system and a 9-speed automatic transmission. With the base diesel engine, the SUV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.3 seconds, while with the top petrol engine it takes 8.2 seconds. In the first case, fuel consumption in mixed mode is about 6 liters per 100 km, and for the 240 horsepower engine, this figure increases to 8 liters.
