The brand new restyled 2019 Range Rover Sport visited us for a chip tuning procedure. The owner decided to go through with this procedure because he uses his car to the fullest and there are times when a few extra dozen horsepower under the gas pedal can never hurt!

The three-liter diesel engine has a stock rating of 306 horsepower and 700Nm of torque, has good durability and potential for tuning. As usual, our specialists conduct a full computer diagnostics before starting any work, to ensure the proper functionality of the car.

The first measurement was taken with the car in its stock parameters. The result was as follows: 303 horsepower and 662Nm of torque.

Next, we read out the original software and send it to our partners for a more detailed adjustment. After some time, the final file is ready to be written back into the car. The programming work is complete and we can proceed to the final measurement on the dyno stand.

The tuned version showed the following results: 344 horsepower and 769Nm of torque. As you can see, the chip tuning of the Range Rover Sport 3.0 SDV6 added +41 horsepower and +107Nm of torque. The owner was very happy with the results!
