British car company Land Rover was founded as early as 1948 and specializes in manufacturing premium class off-road vehicles. The full-size luxury four-wheel drive SUV, fourth generation Range Rover (L405) started its history in 2012, and it was this type of car that came to us at UPstage.

Specifically, this car is equipped with the top-of-the-line diesel engine out of all possible variations. A 4.4 liter V8 with declared specifications of 339hp and 700Nm. This engine has a good potential for tuning without affecting its durability.

The owner came to our company with the goal of adding more power to their car, as having extra power under the gas pedal is never a bad thing, both in city driving and on the highway.

First of all, our experts check the car for any errors and malfunctions using computer diagnostics. Chip tuning can only be done on a fully functioning car.

Once we are sure that the car is in perfect working condition, our specialists read out the original software and send it to our partners for further fine-tuning and improvements.

After some time, we receive a response with the tuned file and install it on the car. Then we perform a power measurement on the dyno test and see how much horsepower and torque have been added.

The tuned version of the software showed the following results: 397hp and 822Nm. This means that our Land Rover Range Rover chip tuning has added +58hp and +122Nm. The result was excellent. The client was very pleased with the improved dynamics and acceleration of the car!
