Stage2 BMW 540i G30.

Tuned BMW 540i with B58 engine to 340hp and 450Nm in stock. Stage2 upgrades include custom downpipe fabrication and installation for more efficient gas dynamics. This reduces the resistance of exhaust gases to a minimum.

The turbo charge cooler radiator also needs to be replaced with a more efficient one, as the stock one is no longer able to cope with its task. The tuning version has higher efficiency, which in general has a positive effect on the final result!

As always, before the modifications, we measure the car on a dynamometer to get the initial power values. The result was: 353hp and 458Nm., The car even showed more power than claimed, but this is a normal occurrence.

The client also used our service for installing a custom exhaust. It has the advantage of being able to adjust the exhaust loudness from the remote. When the flaps are open, the exhaust is deep and aggressive, but if necessary, it can be closed and the exhaust will be closer to stock.

After completing all the mechanical work, we read the software from the car and send it to our partners for all calibrations and proper tuning.

And so we smoothly move on to the end of the entire Stage2 tuning process, only the final measurement on the stand is left and we can see the desired result.

Thanks to BMW 540i G30 chip tuning of Stage2 modifications showed: 437hp and 644Nm., an increase of +84hp and +186Nm.
