Stage1 BMW 750i G11.

Hello everyone. Today our company UPstage took on a BMW 7 series car with a 4.4 L N63 engine and two turbos. This engine produces 450 horsepower and 650 Nm in stock.

First of all, we make sure that the car is in good condition by checking for errors with computer diagnostics. Once we get the green light, we then move on to the measurement stage. The first measurement on the dynamometer allows us to see the actual power of the car before we start our work.

In stock, the result was as follows: 465 horsepower and 691 Nm.

The next step is reading the original software from the engine control units. In this model of car, there are two control units and we need to read the firmware from both. Our equipment allows us to read them directly through the OBD connector. We send the software that we read to our partners for full tuning and wait for the ready file.

After some time, we have the tuned file and we are ready to write it back into the car. Now it’s time for the final measurement on the dynamometer to see the difference.

Thanks to BMW 750i G11 chip tuning at the Stage1 level of modifications, the car produces: 559 horsepower and 816 Nm. This means that there is an increase of +94 horsepower and +125 Nm.
