Exclusive car of the brand BMW ALPINA B7 in the new body G12 was taken up by the UPstage company to the level of Stage1 improvements. The new generation of V8 Bi-Turbo with a 4.4-liter engine and dual turbos develops an impressive 608 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. Such power may be excessive for many, but not for our clients.

This engine has a very good safety margin and tuning potential. The client decided to stick with software-level modifications, without any mechanical interventions. We are starting work, let’s see what results we can achieve.

Measuring the car on the dyno stand, we get a result of 607hp and 893 Nm in stock.

The next step is to read the software from the engine control unit. This procedure will have to be carried out from two units. Our equipment allows us to read and write the software without removing the units from the car.

We send the firmware files to our partners and there engineers tune each firmware individually for each car.

After some time, we receive a ready tuning file and write it back into the car.
