Compact sport coupe from Japanese manufacturer Lexus. The RC200t model is equipped with a 2-liter turbo gasoline engine that produces 245 horsepower and 350 newton-meter of torque.

The owner of this car decided to upgrade to Stage2 level – removing the original catalytic converter and installing a custom downpipe. This improves the car’s gas dynamics.

According to our company’s rules, we check the car for any errors or malfunctions. After the computer diagnostic showed us the green light, we can take measurements on the dynamometer in stock parameters. The result was as follows: 231hp and 339Nm. As you can see, the car didn’t quite reach its declared stock performance, but we will fix that!

For a Stage2 upgraded car, the process is the same. We read the original firmware and send it to our partners for more detailed tuning and modification. Then the car goes into the hands of our specialist for mechanical work. He removes the factory catalytic converter and replaces it with a downpipe.

When our mechanic finishes his work of art, the ready tuning version of the firmware is already waiting to be programmed. After all mechanical and programming work is completed, we can confidently take a new measurement on the dynamometer.

The tuning version showed: 286hp and 422Nm. which means, with the help of Lexus RC 200T chip tuning, we managed to increase the power by +55hp. and +83Nm.
